Regens

does anyone have a particular way of finding the best regens, i have found but a few with my time, and have seen some quality ones on other peoples postings, just wondering if there was a certain scouting system to find them? any advice would be much appreciated.

Get your scouts to scout the under 18s leagues of the countries you have chosen to play.When he recommends a player look at the potential.

no certain way but i sometimes just look at their price if their 16 and i get some good ones that way also send your scouts all over the world for anyone under 17
