Regional league???

Alri lads...
i saw someone was going to make a database a few weeks back where the teams were divided into regions.. e.g 'Manchester' and the team would b made up of players from Man City and Man United and so on... just wondering if anyone knows what i'm talking about or if its been made cos i can't find it...

He never did do it, ive been thinking about doing it as it seemes he's never going to do it now
