Registering Players for German First Divsion

Hello all,

the january transfer window is just closing up in my game and i bought two players for my team. However, they are not registered for German first divison competetion, and a message is telling me the window is closing tommrow, but does not give me an option to register. How do i register these players?

I think you either go to their profiles and do it there or maybe you can't.
