Registration to leauge problem

I have loaned player on my team and i wanted to buy him and paid his price to his team but my transfer window was closed and also registeration of players for my leauge was finished but i have had registered him before registration period finished while he was playing loaned in my team. But when i bought him it didnt count his registration is it a bug?

Nope its not a bug... since you have bought him outright... so he is a new player in your squad...so u got to register him again and give him his squad number...sorry mate but got to wait for the next registration window...
