Reinstalling Football Manager 2012

There has been a recent new patch that has been added to FM and i don't want that patch as i cant get on with it. So is there a way i can delete the game altogether and reinstall the game using steam or any other way as i cant find my FM disc?

Either disc or download from steam after removing it. No other way.

All you have to do is, reinstall it, then play it offline if you don't want the updates. As simple as pie
