ok im showing my age, and its not an FM or CM it was on the original sensible soccer, way back in the mid 90's his name was either paul or dave kitson, signed him for every team i managed, out scored klinsman shearer ronaldo everyone, would score 70+ goals a season and probably get about 50-60+ assists too.
God i feel old now:'(

Antoli Todorov from Litex in CM 03/04 - He scored goals for fun. Pair him with Evandro Roncatto or Supat Runratsamee with Daniel Braathen and you were almost guaranteed 3 or 4 goals a game.
 
Marco Verrati is my all time fave wonderkid. He was just insane with MrHough's broken tactic in FM10. Diego Renan and Mathias Jorgensen were great players as well.
 
I think it was on FM08 but i always use to buy Freddy Adu but he has gone way downhill recently.

Those are the ones that come to mind
 
Anthony Vanden Borre and Vincent Kompany when they both played for Anderlecht, ink it was FM06
 
Always bought Carlos Vela on FM09 with whoever I could.
 
Wow ... no one for Zezinho? FM 09+10, he was amazing!
