Removing a Nation

So I was wondering if its possible to remove a nation. i want to make Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland whole again for a league and national purpose. any ideas

I think it's not possible to remove a nation. But perhaps you could change the name of Northern Ireland, and call it Isle of Man for example.

it can be done but you will need to recreate european club competitions and international comps that include those two nations
