Removing points deficit in-game

Hi there, does anyone know how to remove the points deduction for teams in-game? I play as Aldershot and they started last year on -10 pts. I want to remove that and wonder whether it is hard coded. There is no option through
finances or other stuff in the editor.
Anyone know any league patches that don't affect squads and player data that might fix this. I've got all the right teams in the right leagues, it's just the points issue to resolve.

go to: add nation rules--->add lower divisions--->convert to advanced---> under advanced tree find Skrill Premier ---> stage 0---> league settings--- find points deduction and delete Aldershot from list
