Removing The Sticky Threads and Letting People Have Feedback?

Some threads are ridiculous as they could have spent less time going on to the 'Player Search' in the game and found a player there.

I agree, but you are always going to have people posting things to get a quicker answer. Its a tough one for the Mods to keep coming on here and having to close threads all the time and as Sean on another thread similar to this there is not enough mature people at the moment to be considered to be a Mod to help out the situation. Unless someone comes up with a better solution the stickies will stay and people will still ignore them.

If people really need help, they would take the time to look through the forum and find what they need. I have started 3 threads in my time on this forum, which is about 7 months and that is because if I have needed help, it is via a PM or if I use the search bar to find what I need or look through the stickies. It actually doesn't take long to find out what you need. If I need tactical help, I look through the tactics section of the download area and within 2 minutes, I have downloaded a tactic. If I need help on players, this site is full of threads that cater what I need.

And please don't say I'm a kiss up to the Mods and Admins, what's wrong with agreeing with what they say?

At the end of the day most of the smaller threads are created by people on their first post, maybe there should be a rule where you need to be a member for so long/have a certain number of posts before you can start a thread.

There will be more spam then with people trying to get more posts.
