Removing Transfer Budgets

Hi Guys,

I truly struggle with navigating the editor in FM. I'm trying to remove transfer budgets from all teams so every team is forced into using their own youth systems or signing players on a free. Basically, repeating the startup function of removing all transfers in the first 6 months.

Is there already a database or can anyone advise on how I can do this myself? Thanks all

Don't think there would be a way to do this, Because you need a budget for wages also, Not sure if you would maybe be able to remove transfer windows ? or just add a rule into the league that teams must field at least say 5 u21s...

You can a world embargo on transfers but not leave it so free counts only
