Removing View-only leagues entirely?

After trying to figure out why my database was so big even though I had very few leagues loaded in the 'Add/Remove Leagues' tab, I think it is because I have way way too many leagues set as view only which I do not need. When I press 'Next' on the top right I always have to wait for games in random leagues around the world to be simmed that I don't want.

Is there any way to remove these leagues set as view only from the database entirely? I've looked around the Add/Remove Leagues tab but I don't think it's there.

The 'View-only' leagues shouldn't affect your PCs performance, nor the speed of the game.
That is the point of having them as View-Only'.
At least that's how I've always understood it, however I might be wrong.
