Replacement for Daniel de rossi

I am managing real madrid and now i m in 3rd season, while daniel de rossi has been a beast in midfield along with alonso and modric. But he is 30 and i m looking for his replacement , a midfielder who can tackle as well as pass the ball and of course is young. So it would be nice if you can give me some suggestions??????
