Replacement for Hazard?

I am playing as Roma, have had a 48.5 million bid for Eden Hazard in my third season.
12m upfront.
I play a 4231 and Hazard was played as a inside forward on the left.
I tried going for Neymar but couldn't sign him as already signed 1 eu player for the season. I don't think I could go a season without replacing him.
Alexis Sanchez is not interested in joining.
So I need another replacement that will be equally as good as Hazard on the left, right or possibly centre of am.

I already have hulk, Menez, Vucinic, Vukcevic, gervinho and affellay.
That maybe enough for wide areas so may need advice for central.
