Replacement for Steven Davis

Hi, I'm playing my 4th season with Rangers (it's late November 2013). I had to sell Davis because he wanted to move to a bigger club. He kept bugging me the whole last season and now i accepted an offer from Milan for £10M. I have Tomas Rosicky (injured ofcourse...), Fraser Fyvie (who I think is not ready for Champions League football), Albin Ekdal (who's away on loan because he wasn't good enough) and Darron Gibson. Davis plays Advanced Playmaker Support role, next to Tom Cairney and Fernando Gago.
I was thinking about buying Charlie Adam or Fabian Delph (both transfer listed) because Aaron Ramsey want's too much money...
I have around 7,5M to spend
