Replacing Reserve Team Manager

Currently managing Spurs and decided to sack the reserve team manager. Now I have a reserve team with no manager!!

How do I appoint a new manager? Tried the scouting function , but that only looks for Assistant Managers - not Reserve Team or youth team managers


Anyone got any ideas ??

Either out an advert in the job centre or go looking through the search for people with the desied attributes

Like written above, you place an add in the " Manager - Job - Job center - Place advert - Reserves manager
