Replays/Highlights not working- help - incredibly annoying.

I posted a few days ago but no response and as it is effecting my game hugely I feel the need to post again. My replays/highlights are fixed to 'none' and 'extended' and this isn't how I play football manager!! I need to be able to watch full games when I need to.

I have now found the fix for this, it appears that when i changed my ONLINE preferences, it changes your offline ones too and doesn't allow you to alter them until you change the online ones back.
