Creating my own team, called the "Midnight Hawk's" nickname "Hawk's"

I've tried to make a logo and I failed miserably.

Was wondering, if possible would someone be so kind to make me a Club Logo at the two dimensions of

180x180 px and 20x20 px.

Colour Scheme - Black/Dark Red/Silver(or a grey)

Club Motto - Carpe Diem (Seize The Day)

This is My Best Go. Took hints from the Spurs logo, since the way I was going to have it, felt too cluttered and didn't mesh well.

That is really good andy, much better then my attempt
