I am not sure if this is permitted or if this is the right place or anything like that. Anyway. I was wondering can I request a player to be made... e.g. The legends database that someone made is brilliant. But I just want one player, this player being Jay Jay Okocha (Not on the aforementioned database). If anyone can make him then thanks.
