(REQUEST) Custom V-League????

Hi guys. Recently I've been wanting to start a V-league save (read:vietnam) and bring the the division to continental glory. Claassen's version is all good and well, but I'd want one thing to be changed in the league's rules: remove the max 3 foreigners in squad registration. That's all I ask. Major props for whoever can create this for me. Thanks in advance!
