Request: Luxembourg Leagues

Hi,

I quite fancy managing my own team, here in Luxembourg, but have no idea how to create leagues/competitions. If anyone has the time/desire to create this for me, I'll be eternally grateful. I'm happy to create/add the players etc, but I'm clueless with the actual comps.
