In my game (11.3), Khouma Babacar has an extremely low PA. What does -9 mean? I am wondering a bit.

-9 means it can be anything from 150-180 PA.

So Babacar won't be near as good as he was in the other games?

He could be. 150 CA gives him the ability to be as good as, say, Andy Carroll after a season, whilst 180 CA could see him as good as David Villa.

Getting him to reach that potential is the challenge though.
