Requested transfer wants to stay

At the start of the season one of my players requested to be put on hte transfer list and I agreed. Now however he says hes disappointed at being transfer listed and is determined to prove his worth to the team but I cant remove him from the transfer list and he won't accept a new contract because hes disappointed to be listed. He's set to indispensable but he's not requested to come off the list, is there some way I can remove him from the list without him requesting it as he seems to want to stay now!

if he really wants to stay he will ask to come off the list

I had that problem once. But after a couple months, maybe less, you will get news saying he doesn't want to leave, and then you can remove him from the transfer list.

play him a lot and say well done and all that stuff he will ask to be removed
happend to me and i just kept playing him he was fantastic i geuss more motavated
So play him you will get the best outa him

he will come around, just keep rotating (seems like you have a large squad) as Jake said, he will request for you to take him off the list! then do with him what you will
