Hi, I'm new to the game....
I started a season with the spanish club Compostella in 3rd division. The team has a U19 squad, but no reserve team. I have signed with quite many free people, and would like to have a reserve team to traint the once that don't make it in my first 11. Other clubs in the same division has one, how do I get one? Does it do it automaticly?
