I am going to manage in Germany and will be concentrating on rebuilding the team with youngsters. I wont be using any wonderkid shortlists so will rely on scouting.
I would like to know how reserve teams work in German football in fm2011. Do the reserve teams get a league? Is it a reserve league or is it like in Spain where your reserve team can be in the second tier of the league structure?
I am thinking Stuttgart, any suggestions?
