Reserve & under 20s Reports

For the first few years I used to get match reports for my reserve team and under 20s but now they have stopped, im guessing because the scouts giving these reports have left.
I have searched all over but the settings ect but dont know how to assign a scout to give me this feedback, if anyone knows how it would be great.
