Reserves & under-18 leagues bug??

I started the game with Wrexham in the blue square premier and am now in the Championship.

Every year in pre-season, the game asks me if I accept or refuse the invitation to the reserves and/or u-18 leagues.

I have always accepted both invitations but for some reason, never actually get a team in either league.

Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way fo fix it?

I have the latest patch installed as I purchased the game on Steam.

Nope mate, try starting a new game?
Or try re-installing the patch?

I have the same issue and I play with Wrexham as well....I have to keep arranging friendlies between my reserves and under 18's, it's really frustrating
