Resizing a Picture on FM-Base

Anybody no how to resize a picture/header when uploading here on FM-Base? I can't seem to do it.

I would like to know how to resize a picture so that you don't have to click on it to make it bigger but I don't know how..

Upload them via image shack or create an album on your fm-base account, then copy the BB coding into your thread and they should appear like this

This I think is a lot clearer than an a attachment without clicking on it, however, it can also depend on what browser you use which can differentiate the quality of the picture.
