I've been managing Arsenal for 19 successful seasons. At the end of the season I want to retire (I only ever planned to play for twenty seasons) my problem is that I can't find a way to retire at the end of the season like the players do.
I don't want to unsettle the squad by continuing to reject the contract offers. (I've already delayed once but the time for an answer is round the corner)
Is there a way of doing this?
