Retirement

Probably another beginner's question but, now that Gary Neville has retired from football with immediate effect, how do I retire him in my game?

1) you tell him that he will make a good coach/manager/scout and he will ask you if you want him to start immediately, you say yes, offer him a staff contract and voila

he is now a staff memeber...

2) if you want him to retire completely, he will only do this when he sees fit and with Gary, he mostly always becomes a Manager anyway

so revert to point number 1
