retraining my goalkeeper

has anyone tried to retrain a goalkeeper to an out-field position or vise-versa ?

I once got annoyed with a outfield player (Can't remember which one) in FM2010. So I shoved them in the reserves and trained them as a keeper. But to answer your question...no.
