There's a small nation called reunion where you can get good quality players, some up to a good league 1 standard, for low wages and often no transfer cost. Just load them when you're selecting database at the start.
Reunion is a country. It seems that they have some good players for lower divisions, and some people like to load all those players to be able to buy them.
players that are good enough for usually bsn/bss and bbp and sometimes league 2 or maybe if your lucky league 1 there from a country called reunion you need to load players from reuion to get them when you start a game.
