I got San Marino up to over a billion this year. I should be around 2.8-3B, but since my owner is a tycoon (took over the club in like 2018 or so) he pockets all the money so I cap out around 1.1B. I haven't bought anyone for like 5 years and just improve squad on incoming players so I usually make around 120M a year, but he will take it. Not much to do with a billion dollars in your balance and this time it was in Euro's.
