Asymmetric Sweeper Tactic

Hello Guys been a member of this forum for a couple of years now, mostly a watcher and downloading other peoples great tactics.

Right down to the tactic, i decided to have a go at a asymmetric tactic which i slightly moddified, i completely changed the back 4 and thought i'd have a go at having a sweeper, judging by the picture below it's very different to your normal defence.

The tactic is split into 2 the defence and the def midfielders are more defensive and with less creative freedom, which i like to keep things tight at the back.
Now the other half with the 2 attacking midfielders and forward have high creative freedom and attacking mentality.

What you need for this tactic

Gk - Any goalkeeper will do
Sw - Tackling, passing, marking, composure and concentration.
Cb - Strength, jumping, tackling and marking
Fb - Work rate, positioning, acceleration and team work
Wb - Work rate, positioning, acceleration and team work
Dmc - Tackling, marking, strength, stamina and decisions
Wm - Team work, work rate, crossing, stamina and passing
Ap - First touch, passing, flair, creativity and decisions
Am - First touch, passing, flair, creativity, dribbling and decisions
If - Crossing, passing, creativity, dribbling and decisions
P - Finishing, dribbling, off the ball, just your natural striker

HINTS AND TIPS

> Biggest pitch
> If you haven't got a sweeper, use your best CB to train in that position
> Give at least 10 games for your players to gel to the formation
> In the tactic section, where it says additional focus area, select ATTACKING MOVEMENT
> No Playmaker or target man used

I think thats it, i haven't played much with the tactic busy looking after my kids and working, but i would love for you guys to test it and to leave feedback good or bad, NO TACTIC IS PERFECT.

Enjoy the tactic pics below along with link, Cheers Richard :p

PS sorry about the amount of games i've played just haven't the time, i'll keep posting up results as i go along
