Right attacking winger/inside forward for Liverpool in 2015

I am after an attacking inside forward who can rotate and eventually replace Suarez.
I have 10mil too spend and have had a bid for Caprari accepted but is there any better out there a few seasons in?
Have looked at more expensive players like Tore, Ben Arfa and Boubedouz but can anyone think of any others?
