Currently managing Palermo. Took charge of them in November last year after having managed Salernitana for 2.5 years. At that point Palermo were just above the relegation zone and I lead them to their first Scudetto. A big part of Palermo’s resurrection last season was Salomon Kalou, whom performed very well in every game and always was a threat.
Our good form has continued this season, dominating in both Italy and in the Champions League. But Kalou’s performances are below par. Some games he’s playing very well (though never being a real threat) and some games he’s below average. Because of his ups and downs in form his average rating isn’t that bad (about 7.11) but I’m still considering selling him.
Is there any young right winger that you could recommend?
