Hey guys sorry nothings been up today regarding this story as my laptop has decided it doesn’t want me to upload or do anything, but there they defiantly shall be up tomorrow and there will be 2 months uploads maybe 3, once again guys really sorry everyone, but it the uploads I have the best result since I have been in charge and we seem to be doing okayish lol but you shall see all tomorrow.

October 2019

Finally am able to upload theses part of the story, Lets see if we can get ourselves on track to get into the play-off and maybe push on to the top??

VS Burgess Hill, F.A Cup 3rd qualifying Round. Very much a routine win and into the next round thanks to goals from Saunders-Henry and Cregan x2.

VS Dartford, Cant argue with this result a draw was fair but just annoying to once again to concede a pen, but thanks to Saunders-Henry we walk away with a share of the spoils.

VS Chippenham, this was a big game as they were sitting near the top of the table and when we took the lead thanks to Watt we looked good for our lead and we look good for a win even maybe a draw but the last kick of the game and they ****** the 3 points.

VS Wealdstone, F.A Cup 4th qualifying Round, into the first round proper thanks to a beauty of a free kick from Parkes and life was made easier when they went down to 10 men.

VS Wealdstone, so after our win the previous game against them I was hoping for another win today as they were sitting just above us in the league but instead we played out an very entertaining draw with goals from Tapp and Goldberg.

VS Truro, this game I went through every feeling and emotion possible, but we walked away with a very valuable 3 points when we didn't play great thanks to goals from Adebiyi, Saunders-Henry and then the one player ive asked to step up finally did and Cregan scored the winner for us.

VS Maidstone, very good team performance and we finally seem to be gelling and clicking as a team and we got the 3 points here thanks to Saunders-Henry and Golberg. Good way to end the month.

LEAGUE TABLE: As you can see we have put ourselves within 1 point of the play offs and after the month we just had where we were playing teams above or around us, it was important we stayed within touching distance, so very pleased with this month.

Also forgot to mention we signed a Young CB Jo Cummings who Is going to be a back up as our back up player Swain left me and we needed someone.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Easy choice its got to Saunders-Henry who really did step up his game this month and I said at the start of the season I believe we have a gem here and I reckon hes starting to show he is and I hope it carries on.

November 2019

So after the good work we did in October lets see if we can carry that on this month and finally get into the play offs.

VS St. Albans, So local derby and we played really well and it was like last season with goals from Parkes and Cregan, they didn't deserve anything from this game not eve there goal.

VS Cheltenham, F.A Cup 1st Round, this was an amazing game and was great to actually manage the team throughout and we got the win and into the next round thanks to a Hat-Trick from Saunders-Henry and Golberg, this is by far our best resut since I took over and we are only 1 round away from possible a big money spinning round!!!!!!!

VS Woking, bit of ****** and grab here if they would won this they would have deserved it but we nicked the points thanks to Harrison, but hopefully this is a sign of things to come that we can hold out teams??

VS Havant & W, this was a very pleasing performance and was great to see us actually score some goals and to win so comfortable and that happended thanks to goals from Goldberg, Parkes and Saunders-Henry.

VS Tranmere, F.A Cup 2nd Round, so here we go get a result here and then into the 3rd round we go and who knows me may get??
but unfortunately this was one step to far for us but we gave a great account of ourselves here and we pushed them all the way but it wasn't to be but we did get a couple of goals thanks to Goldberg and Simmo.

LEAGUE TABLE: So after a really good month where we went unbeaten in the month we are now in the play offs and hopefully in the next couple months we can chase down 1st place.

Also looks like we may be on the verge of being taken over.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Cocorachio, has been very solid at the back for us and as helped us move into the play offs.

December 2019

Heys guys sorry nothing been put up recently I have been very busy with work and like I said I have a young family so its hard to get time to sit down and play FM but here we go though.
So after the previous month I was hoping we could carry this on and stay in the play-offs and close the gap on 1st place.

VS Wealdstone, F.A Trophy 3rd Qualifying Round, seems like Wealdstone are our cup team as we played them in the FA Cup aswell but this game they got there revenge, and to be honest I don't think they deserved it after Goldberg put us in the lead I fought we may have built on it or held out but it wasn't to be, but its not to bad as now we can focus on the league now and get out of this league this season.

VS Poole, we were utter ***** and proves why we need a goal machine up top as we do create some good chances and its 50/50 if we are going to score or not, and that makes me wonder if we have enough about us to reach top spot????

VS Gloucester, Well Goldberg made me eat my words from the last bit as he scored a brace here for us and we walked away with the 3 points, in a game we fully deserved the win.

VS Torquay, well there is no words we are the most inconsistent team in the league (like west ham) and is so frustrating as these are teams we should be beting if we want to get top spot but at this rate will we even make the play offs, also not to have a shot on target is a joke, I just don't know what my strikers are playing at.

So looks like the takeover may not happen now??

So day after I get the e-mail saying the takeaway was on the 'verge of collapsing' I get this e-mail the next day saying its close?? It needs to get sorted ASAP as I need to get a STRIKER!!!

VS Billericay, So I decided to go with 2 strikers this game hoping that one of them would have a good game for us, and even though we won my strikers didn't get on the scoresheet but we did play well and got the win thanks to a pen from Parkes and Watts popping up for us, but its just like us to give them a lifeline during the game by scoring a Own Goal but we held on for a massive 3 points.

LEAGUE TABLE: So after a very up and down month we are still sitting in the play offs JUST, I really don't know what to do though tried different formations and tactics but when one look likes its going to work then we are ***** for a little while and looks like a change is needed when I do we just go through a bad spell, so any suggestions would be great. But as you can see Parkes is a massive player for us as he has the best average rating in the league but I need the other lads need to start performing as he cant carry us on his own.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Its a tuff one as we have not played great all month but Parkes has been steady for me all month and kept us going and popped up with some important goals aswell.

January 2020

So here we go another month, lets see if we can stay in the play offs, move closer to top spot, see if the takeover ever happens and if my strikers 1. start playing well and 2. start scoring goals.

VS Basingstoke, This game had ever emotion possible I went from happy to being ok to being annoyed to wanting to snap my laptop in half to over the moon. Was a very entertaining game for the netruals but for you playing it, it wasn't but im very pleased we walked away with the win and that was down to Parkes who scored a 25 yarder (love this bloke), Cregan and Goldberg x4!! Asked for my strikers to start scoring and they happily did for, hope this carries on.

FINALLY, we have now been taken over, so we can just concentrate on the football and league and most importantly buy players.

VS Eastbourne Boro, Very good all round performance and looks like we may have found a tactic and formation that is working and also my strikers scored again 2 games on the bounce, lets hope it carries on, but we aren't keep as many clean sheets as last season was Ward and Yakubu that good for us last season?? But we got the 3 points and that was thanks to Cregan (scored within 15 secs, great start lol), Tapp, Goldberg and Parkes pen.

VS Slough, our biggest game of the month as Slough are around us in the league, but when Watts got set off after 14 mins so always knew it wa going to be hard and was hoping we could least walk away with a draw but we didn't mange it, but we didn't nearly nick a point at the end of the season but when Saunders-Henry was 1 on 1 he smashed in against the bar, had my head in my hands was gutted.

VS Hungerford, with these sitting near bottom of the league I was hoping for a routine win but it wasn't meant to be and Hungerford made us work for our point and it was one of them games where we coudnt afford to lose so in a weird and wonderful way happy to get a point and that was thanks to Goldberg and Banton.

VS Bath, very good win only issue is with us letting us so much and that is something we need to address if we do go up. So we played really well and keep saying it but hope we have a formation where we can the best out of the forwards and Parkes can still control the game just from little bit deeper as he does like his long shots. So we got the 4-2 win and that was thanks to Parkes, Goldberg x2 and Banton, reckon he have had our striker on the bench who we have been crying out for in Zane Banton.

LEAGUE TABLE: Got ourselves sitting nicely in the play-offs and only 7 points off top and still got a lot of football to play, so hopefully we can keep playing well and get the results we need who knows where we could end?
So asked for my strikers to start scoring and I have the 2nd top goal scorer in the league and also how good is Parkes??? Still top of Ratings and 2nd of Assists.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Theres only 1 person for this and that Bradley Goldberg, wanted my strikers to start scoring and he certainly delivered for us scoring 6 in the month and 4 in one, hope he can carry this on and him and Parkes can build some sort of awareness of each other.

February 2020

So after the good work we didn't in the previous month lets hope we can carry this on this month and keep are promotion push alive. Also during this month we made a new signing, so lets get into it.

VS Chesham, this was an important game and was vital we didn't lose as they are near us in the league, but we managed to go one better and get the 3 points thanks to Saunders-Henry and we put into a great team performance and we managed to keep a clean sheet.

Welcome our new player Andre Wright, he can play couple of positions and have been chasing him for a little while but he wanted to much money weekly but I was able to get him with no weekly wage and reckon he could play a big part for us in the run end of the season.

VS Oxford City, Best performance of the season by a mile, we controlled the game from start to finish and we took our chances and walked away with a comfortable 4-0 win and 4 different goal scorers and they were Parkes, Simmo, Saunders-Henry and Goldberg.

VS Chelmsford, Very hard fought win here and got to the points thanks to our main man pinging a Free Kick into the top corner for us, most encouraging signs are though now that we are able to hold onto our winning positions and keep clean sheets.

VS Dartford, Our 2nd massive game of the month as we were 3rd and they were 2nd heading into this game, but in all truth they were 2nd best throughout the game and thanks to our super sub Banton we got the 3 points, and that could be massive heading into the back end of the season.

VS Weston Super-Mare, after our great month this on paper was our easiest game but boy oh boy did we make hard work of it with silly little mistakes allowing them to score, but I awarded Banton a start this game after his 2 goal cameo in the last game and he repaid that by scoring 2 and then Parkes also getting on the scoresheet from the pentaly spot to make sure we walked away with the 3 points.

LEAGUE TABLE: Well what a time to find a bit of form and start putting some wins together as we have moved up to 2nd place and only 4 points off top (who are our next game) so ive been moaning about my strikers not scoring enough for me this season but after looking through the league ive have perhaps been a bit harsh as we have currently scored the most goals in the league, so it just shows how important it is when you have everyone chipping in with goals for you.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Alex Crean our young keeper, had an amazing season last season for us but seemed to have struggled abit this season but this month showed us how good he was by only conceding 2 goals and that being in the same game, hopefully his form has picked up at the right time for us.

March 2020

So after the last month and how much ground we made up, lets see if we can keep it going this month. We have a massive game probably our biggest game of the season coming up and we also had the youth intake, so lets get on with it.

First thing is or youth intake, now we didn't have great one, but there was a couple of players we did sign.
First one is Arran Hatch, young CM who may not set the world alight but then he may become a decent back up?

And the other one was Ed Boardly a young CB who doesn't look great but has great potential, so hopefully he can train well and get upto the level he want him to be.

VS Maidstone, OUR biggest game of the season 1st vs 2nd, chance for us to close the gap and we BOTTLED it, one of the worst performances I think we ever had, just lucky enough we still have time for Maidstone to drop points.

VS Chippenham, wanted a lot of a better performance than last game and we certainly did and came away with an easy win overall, and that was thanks to Wright, Goldberg x2 and Sinclair.

VS Wealdstone, looking for a win to keep the pressure on Maidstone and that's what we got and are still in touching distance and that was thanks to Simmo and a penalty from Parkes.

VS Truro, A win here and we would have guaranteed ourselves a play off spot, but once again the pressure and we crumbled, perhaps that the issue of having a younger team as we had enough chance to win about half a dozen games but it wasn't to be.

LEAGUE TABLE: Still sitting 2nd and 8 points off top, its looks very unlikely but we will keep pushing for them top spot until mathematically its not possible.

So the next month is the last one of the season lets see if we can chase Maidstone down and go up as champions and not have to go through the Play-Offs which I hate and have such a bad record in any save I do in play offs.

April 2020

Here we go the last chance for us to reach top spot? Or have we got to settle for a play off place?? Lets see how we did.

So first bit of news for of the month is that Hemel want to keep me on as there manager, so least the story can carry on lol.

Second bit of news is that even without playing a game this month we have booked ourselves a play off spot. Great start already, is this a sign of things to come for the month?

VS Woking, well we slipped up massively here throwing away a 2 goal lead that was given to us by Wright x2, but this could come back and bite us the ***.

VS St. Albans, local derby and we are looking for a win to stay in touch of Maidstone, and when Wright was sent off early I was expecting the worse but we stuck together and walked away with 3 points and the goals came from Goldberg x2 and Parkes, but is it a little bit to late?

VS Havant & W, Looking for a win to kepp up the chase and that's what we got and that was thanks to Simmo, Saunders-Henry and Cregan. Can we get enough points to reach Maidstone??

VS Torquay, Well that's it we blew it, seems to be when we need a big performance we just bottle it, so looks like its play offs for the 2nd time of the bounce, our goals came from Goldberg and Cregan.

VS Poole, really an nothing game just looking for a good solid performance to take into the play offs, but what do we do is play UTTER *****!! Shocking so bad, no words can explain how mad I was with not just the result but the performance, I just hope we pick it up for the play offs.

LEAGUE TABLE: So we finished 3rd which Is the best position Hemel have had in there history, so happy days. But least this season we have finished higher so we miss one round of the play offs, so hope this season will be ours, as I cant deal with another season in this league, this is called the rise not the lets stay in the same league!!

Play-Offs and End of Season

Right here we go Play off time, can this be our time to get out of this division and start rising up the division, lets see how we get on.

VS Dartford, Vanarama Play off Semi-Final, So after the last couple of games coming into this game I decided to change the players as to who I felt would give it all and WOW didn't they just, any nerves went straight out the window and we won so easily and walked straight into the final, and that's thanks to the goals from Wright x2, Banton x3 and Sinclair. Surely we have to go up after that win and performance, onto the play-off final we go.

VS Slough, Vanarama Play-Off Final, Here we our biggest game yet? Can the boys turn up and take us up? NO they ****** bottled it again, outplayed all over the park, nothing like the side that won 6-1 in the last game? After we drew level thanks to Watt, I fought we may go and nick it, but then went to extra time and longer it went on I was thinking who to use as our pen takers, but then the worst 5 mins happened, Parkes our stand out player by a mile all season and a living legend for us goes and gets sent off, so im hoping please hold on for pens then its a pot luck who will go through, but no LAST KICK of the game Gordon there striker picks up a pass from a corner on the edge of the box and curls one beautifully into Topbins, Pretty sure he could try that another 100 times and that's going over by a mile.

So another season in the league but I will work hard throughout the summer and get in the right players and get a formation and tactic that works for us and we will get out of this league, so gutted its unreal and sorry guys I didn't expect us to take this long to start rising up the leagues.

END OF SEASON STATS AND PLAYER AWARS:
So the Fans Player of the season and won it so easily was Parkes and I cant complain about that as he had been outstanding for us,
Signing of the season and Young player of the Year, Saunders-Henry who I did expect to be a little gem for us and he was and hope he can improve next season for us.

Just shows how good Parkes was as he was voted the best player in the league.

So another season done but next season will be ours and we will get promoted.

Pre-Season Friendlies & New signings

So here we go again and this season I am not going to be mucking about that league title has Hemel name on it already as that is what we are aiming for so I haven't got to go through the ****** play-offs.

Pre-Season Friendlies, so its gone ok, could have gone better as we should have beaten these teams, but that should come with the team getting us to each other.

SIGNINGS:

So here is our released list the only one I am most gutted about is Parkes leaving us, he didn't want to renew his contract with us, but mark my word he will be at Hemel in the future, but I reckon he will be near impossible to replace, to be honest the other 3 were just bit part players and no lost to be honest.

Signings, I did a lot of searching during the summer as I didn't want to overhaul the team as we had a good team I just wanted to add players that would make us that much better and take us that one step further, so I trailed a load of players and spent hours looking, so here we go the signings we made.
First up was Finn Tapp, we got him on another season long loan from MK Dons, as last season he turnt into a key player for us and can also play CB or CM.

Next up is Joe Hanks, who I had been after since we first played against him and was hoping to have him in the CM with Parkes, well that's not going to happen is it lol, but I hope he can fill some of the boots left by Parkes, big ask I know but reckon he will do a good job for us.

Next up is Zack Kotwia, a winger who can be a good back up for us and will add some well needed depth to the winger area so don't have to keep praying my wingers don't get injured.

Next up was Connor Dymond, don't look great but look at his mentals and hes the player that im hoping I can turn to in the big games when we normal failured last season and can also help out the younger players.]

Next one was Harvey Bertrand, our new LB as our loans finished the defence was defiantly an area we needed to improve and im hoping when we start moving up the leagues it will help with his development.

Next up is a striker Jamie Philpot, I wasn't on the look out for a striker given how good Goldberg turnt out to be but he has moved on and I needed one and my scouts rated him highly as last time they rated so highly he turnt out to be ok (Alex Crean GK) hope he can fire in the goals to get us up to the top of the league.

Next up is Ben Clarke-Eden, a young CB who is here to add depth and hope he can improve also.

Next up is Lucas Defise, a young CDM but the one who has got me most excited over all my transfers and I have a decent CDM so with that is a change of tactic, but reckon he will be possible be our stand out player and will help us look after the balls and not been so open to counter attacks what did us over last season so many times.

Next up is Euan Pollock a young striker more of a depth thing and with Goldberg going I needed another striker, so welcome Euan, hope he does well looks like a good young player.

Theres the signing I reckon they will defiantly make us a lot stronger and hopefully better at the back aswell, just wish we kept Parkes, but he wlll be back.

Tactic is a 4-3-3 with a holding Mid I am hoping we can win the possession battle and also be more solid to counter attacks.

August 2020

So here we go another start of a season, already there has been a change of formation and a new signing and one of our key players who I think is anyways has left us, so lets get on with it and see how we did, the start to the title starts now.

VS Bromley, first game of the season and lets start strong and show the rest of the league what we are made off, so we walked away with a lucky 1-0 win, and was lucky our goal was from Philpot 30 yards out not a bad way to introduce yourself, but we certainly need to improve but for the 1st game of the season 3 points and a clean sheet, happy days.

VS Ebbsflleet, this is where we put down a marker against a team who is predicted to finish in and around the top, so to cone away with a 0-0 im pleased with considering we were 2nd best throughout, so to get a point and another clean sheet im happy with it.

VS Welling, Another clean sheet but also another 0-0, we need to start scoring, are we going to miss Parkes goal from midfield that much?? But still unbeaten so far, onto the next game.

So between the next game Mason Saunders-Henry left us and joined AFC Telford, which im gutted about as he could have played a big part for us this season, just hope now Wright can step up and perform for us.

VS Havant & W, If we don't get our shots on target and test there keeper then we are never going to score, but that wasn't the main reason we lost that was cause we were *****, just hope we can get back to winnings way ASAP so we don't go on a losing streak and be left behind and have all the work to do like we did last season.

So I decided that I was going to change formation and that I wanted a NO.10 someone who gives me that little bit of magic and can make things happen, so here I welcome Will Longbottom who I actually spent money on he cost me £26k and I see can see him given me the X-Factor and can be the main person for me going forward and can be for many seasons.

VS Billericay, So 1st game after new signing and change of formation and no better team to try against than the team who are favourites for the title, and we walked away wiith a 2-1 win thanks to Philpot x2 and we played really well and has put me in good moods for the upcoming games and more we play together we will get stronger, not a bad way to end the month after a shaky start.

LEAGUE TABLE: So after a shocking start in my views we are sitting just out the play offs and couple of points out of it, so its not to bad overall and hopefully we can put a good run together and get ourselves up the table.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: I cant choose one in all honesty as weve changed the players around and formations and we have not played great so not going to give one.

Right, so since the last post guys iv done a couple more months and im currently sitting in a relegation battle and to be honest by now I would have hoped to be in league above, so im gong to stop it, but if you want me to carry on then let me know and I shall try my best, but I will be starting a new save up later tonight, once again sorry but like I said you want me to carry on, I will.
