Hi guys, I did search ''roaming and one post came up, but it was from fm 09 and has no definitive answer, so my question is, when adding an assaignment to a scout, what does ticking 'roaming' do?
Basically it means he is free to do as he sees fit and he will go to countries within the area specified. However, setting scouts to roaming can be bad if they have low adaptability as they will spend half the time getting acclimatised.
