Robbie Keane Registration

I'm having a problem on the new 11.3 patch with regards to Robbie Keane at Spurs. He's already agreed to go to West Ham in a season's time but he's on the Spurs books, yet for some reason I can't register him with the team for Premier League games. Gone to the registration screen and he doesn't appear on there even when he's in the first team squad. Am I doing something wrong here or is he expected to be on my wage bill as a 65k leech? P.s. apologies, should have posted this in the players forum.

Sorry for the silly post, realised he is on loan from the off, looking at contract screen shows his wages are being paid for by West Ham. Mod please delete this.
