Documents - sports interactive - football manager 10 - graphics
then create a kits folder if you dont have one and put the kits and config in there

atlmadrid_home
and
atlmadrid_away

actually it is to be renamed like that if the config has them called atlmadrid_home... but

create a folder in graphics called pictures and then called kits...

in the game go to preferences and where it has use skin cache ticked, untick it and then reload the skin they should work

maybe doenload the big kit pack i have then you can just swap the kits over and not even need a config
