ii use him as an if-s or complete forward devolps well but alot of people say hes good as a deep lying forward

it would help if you gave some info about your team and tactics etc, that way more constructive feedback could be given.

but if its just goals from him you want and no real help, use one of the exploit tactics that focuses on one player scoring tonnes of goals.

im playing a 4-2-4 philosiphy fluid and playing control does that help i really just want the best out of him

I think you should play him upfront as a trequartista hes more of a creative player and you shoul play him next to a poacher someone like darwin quintero

Try him out as a Trequartista in AMC just behind the striker(s), I only had him for 1 season before buying Ozil but he gained a 7.3 average for the season, plenty of assists, hope this helps!
