Roger Schmidt is my favorite manager,and i manage to create exactly the same shape,form and tactic as he use
in real life....Im not speaking English,so i hope you understand me...


In first season,i won Bundesliga and German Cup,but i lost in Champion League Final against Chelsea,so this tactic is very good....Style of play is exatly the same as in real life,is intense football with high pressing game....

MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THIS TACTIC IS OI,you need to put all wide players in tight marking,closing down always,tackle strong....put enemy right back at show onto right foot,same for MR or AMR and put enemy left back in show onto left foot,same for ML or AML....If enemy play as 3 at the back,closing down and tight marking DCR,DCL,WBR and WBL exatly the same as i told in first post....

Dude, post this shizz in the correct thread. People who are playing FM2014 wont know where to find the greatest tactic off all time and will probably rage quit and throw their laptops out the window which means they wont be able to play FM again, all because you posted this in the wrong thread :( Think man....
