Hello all , this is my first tactic for FM16 hopefully one that you will enjoy using.

I have tested this tactic with my own saved game and am doing well in around 2022 i got yeovil (after many sackings) promoted , So i decided i would test it with one of the bests teams and a not so good team set them up as i wanted them and put both on holiday to see how long it would take before i get sacked .
After 1 season with both clubs the results where more than surprising.

Here is the formation -

As you can see it seems quite defensive the the goals scored are good with the main forward getting 1st or 2nd highest scorer in the league.
I find the key to this tactic is the WB's attacking down the wings and crossing in alot of balls.
The 3 central midfielders hold the game in the middle of the pitch pushing forward when needed and cutting out attacking play.
