roma, need DLP, Treq and goal scorer !

hi everyone, just got hired by as roma Feb 2014, playing a 3-2-2-2-1 formation with two wingmen, two DLPs and two att mids, one being an inside fw and one being a trequaresta (if that's the correct spelling). I am doing well and moving up the league with wins and draws, looking at my team though I want to make it my own and get rid of some of the people high on the wage bill. Any cheap to mid priced players you all know in these positions:
LWB, needs good stamina, work rate and crossing
RWB, same as above
MC, needs tackling, passing vision and composure really
AM, able to play Treq or AP
S, just someone to score 20 a season, demaio or aubameyang were on my mind?

I'm in the next season now and sorted my problems, changed tactics to suit squad I had. thanks for the reply though mate
