I have agreed terms with him but he has failed to get his work permit. I am playing as Swansea in the first season. Will I need to get a feeder club to send him to or will he eventually get a work permit?

send him on loan out of england. spain is a good option.

Offer him a new contract. He may not want to sign a new deal immediately so try loaning him abroad for half a season or so.
