Romelu Lukaku tatics ?

Hi, i am currently managing A.C Milan and to be fair my team is good but not performing to the best of thier ability. However i signed Romelu Lukaku who people seem to believe is a brilliant wonderkid, but he is not performing well at all so can anyone help me with the tatics i should apply to him to make him perform well ?

give him a season or two use him as your first choice' substitute, then once he starts to perform play him regularly and you'll have one of the best strikers in your team . also get him tutored by an experienced striker , always helps, especially if the target man type

How old is he in your save?
If hes under 16 drop him into the youth and let him settle in.
Then use him as a sub for a few months, then start him against teams who are near relegation or poor teams in the cup. He will soon start to get better.
Also use him as a target man. But I believe he can also be used as a poacher.
