Ronaldinho Completes move to Flamengo

Really too bad he didn't come to the states he's exactly the type of player we need in the MLS. Exciting, creative, and recognizable. People would come out to the stadiums in droves to see him. Maybe we could get him by the end of his contract, but by then he'll be old, slow, and probably fat from partying.

He's already pretty "big boned" though

I remember initially thinking him choosing Brazil over Blackburn was a defiant stance of preference over money-power. Then I heard how much he was getting paid.

Let's hope he does the business, as the margins of quality in Brazil are slim. Deco did brilliantly for Fluminese and he's a fair bit older than 'dinho (though Dario Conca has arguably been their leading light), so there's no reason he can't light up the league for years to come. ****, Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos only just missed out on Serie A this year with Corinthians.
