First season will definately be a simulation because you would have picked your own squads so should be no reason for anyone to buy players :P

Hopefully we get the last few people so we can get things going.
 
I think I kinda get an idea of the first thread now...

So if I am number 2 and my first option was taken by number 1 I would get my second choice player?

Yep that is correct, so if you are 20th then you send me 20 players as your first 19 might have been picked. After each round the order reverses so if you was 20th you would then pick first.

And that keeps happening till a whole team is picked?
 
Yep, so the point is some people might want to pick the best goalkeeper etc so everyone should have different players to fit certain formations etc. I will let everyone send me PMs with players at the same time. I will then release who got which player without showing who else they wrote down incase people forget people. Will update squads on the front page so people can see who has been picked!
 
Is this going to be the updated transfers file? What countries are going to be loaded?
 
I may have missed this, but how many players will we have in a squad? And do we get to choose managers as well?
 
Will do maximum squad size of 25 as the first post says if we fly through them then I will open it up to about 5 reserves too.

Will be on the updated transfers file probably with England down to league 2 and Italy Spain France and Germany top leagues loaded or my comp will take ages to sim
 
Just trying to fully work out the rules let me know if in right or wrong please
1st round 1st pick=last pick in 2nd round
1st round 10th pick=11th pick in 2nd round

No mate, I think it works something like this.

He puts all teams into a random generator. Say for example. Liverpool came out first, villa 2nd, spurs 3rd.

In their lists they had the same players in order like 1. Messi, 2. Ronaldinho, 3 ter stegen.

liverpool will get messi, villa will get ronaldinho because their first choice messi has already been taken and spurs will get yet stegen because their 1st and 2nd choice has been taken. If Leicester came out 4th and their 1st choice was ronaldo they would get ronaldo due to the fact no one has got him.

(I think that is what the rules works like?)

I think you misunderstood him, you're explaining what happens in a single round; he's talking about the order of picks for each round.

But yes, conorc, if you pick first in the 1st round you'll pick last in the second round etc.
 
Yep exactly what riddo said hopefully we can get this started tonight just get them few places filled
