Rotation CB Needed

Hi fella's im looking for a rotational CB for my Newcastle team 3rd season

Currently have Balanta and Lascelles with Colo and Taylor covering but the latter 2 are declining fast. Willing to spend up to £12mil for the right person.

Ive searched for a regen but non ive found are ready for 1st team football

any ideas??
