Just looking through a list of clubs with state of the art youth facilities, I was surprised to find Belarussion club RUOR on the list. As I have never loaded the Belarussion leagues, has anybody managed them or even had them in their game to see what kind of talent they produce?

Edit - I can't find them in either of the top divisions on the 10.3 patch, and on 10.2 it seems the Belarussion leagues are unloadable??

got to be a mistake by the programmers, maybe meant to be 10 instead of 20? or even 2?

there are clubs in obscure leagues that have top youth academies. a lot of african teams have high quality youth systems, and you will find regens that are wonderkids there.
