Russian Regens

Hi all,

Got a quick question about Russian regens...

Why do you only have to pay the owning club £5,720 in compensation no matter how amazing the regen is? I have got regens worth about £1,200,000 for £5,720! It is not apparent in any other countries either, just Russia, but all divisions. Is this something from real life, because I have next to no knowledge of the ruling for the Russian football leagues.

same for serbia and all the other ussian countries i dont really know but they have wicked regens wich u can get for dirt cheap

Serbia was not part of USSR.
League rulles are made that way.
